Clock Aliens

I'm open to name suggestions for this species!

These little guys are found on Planet Tinkertoy, in some galaxy and solar system I haven't decided yet. There are also puzzle aliens living on the planet too.

They can make ringing noises with the bells on their heads. The noise can be soft and quiet to loud and obnoxious.
